Can I order online and have the items sent to my local retailer?
No. All orders placed online are for delivery directly to you, the customer. Each BCR retailer is privately owned and operated. We unfortunately cannot accept online orders on behalf of retailers. Many of ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ retailers do accept special orders for their customers, and because we ship to most retailers every week, you can get yÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ order just as quickly as if you ordered directly from us! Home Delivery for frozen and non-frozen products is available throughout most of southern Ontario. Check to see if we deliver to yÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ home!
All non-perishable goods are shipped via mail or couier to every Canadian province.
If you are not within ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ home delivery area, ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ products can be found in more than 1,700 Canadian pet specialty retail stores. Find a store in yÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ area!
What is my delivery day and ordering deadline?
To determine which day of the week we offer delivery in yÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ area, enter yÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ postal code in the box above.
We require a minimum of 48 hÌìÃÀ´«Ã½s to pack, prepare and ship yÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ order. Orders placed after the 12:00 noon deadline will be scheduled for delivery the following week.
Here is the order deadline based on delivery day:
Tuesday Delivery → Sunday at 12:00 noon deadline
Wednesday Delivery → Monday at 12:00 noon deadline
Thursday Delivery → Tuesday at 12:00 noon deadline
Friday Delivery → Wednesday at 12:00 noon deadline
Is my delivery day affected by Statutory Holidays?
We do ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ best to keep ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ delivery routes as consistent as possible even when there is a holiday. If there is a change, we post notifications on ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ website and social media pages.
Our Christmas Delivery Schedule is posted to ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ website every December. Please check ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ home page banners for these updates.
Can I request a specific delivery time for my order?
Unfortunaltely not. Our drivers have carefully calculated routes to ensure efficiencies of time and fuel mileage. Orders are generally delivered between the hÌìÃÀ´«Ã½s of 8am 5pm.
To help facilitate yÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ delivery, we offer the following:
• An email the day before with an approximate delivery time. This will allow you some time to plan yÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ day or make arrangements to have someone home to accept delivery.
• A confirmation of delivery email. If you are not home when yÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ product is delivered, you can make plans to return home quickly.
We realize that home delivery is not always the most suitable option for all ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ customers. Our products are also available at hundreds of retail locations! Find yÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ local retailer here.
Is delivery available to apartment buildings and condos?
We offer condo and apartment delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The order contains all required unit and buzzer information.
- The building has delivery parking access / curbside parking.
- The order is received by an authorized person at the entrance of the building as the driver will not deliver directly to the unit.
Orders will not be left in hallways or entrances as this is against fire regulations.
Can I provide my own cooler for my home delivery order?
Our drivers have multiple deliveries each day. If you are not home to recieve yÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ order, please ensure yÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ cooler is large enough to accommodate ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ shipping boxes as they cannot unpack and load into yÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ provided cooler.
Each box is 57 x 25 x 17 cm (23 x 10 x 7 inches) and holds 1 x 30 lb XL, 1 x GNG 18, or 6 x 4 lb cartons.
This does not apply to condo or apartment building deliveries, please see the FAQ directly related to that scenario.
Is there an order minimum for delivery?
We ship all orders – large and small.
Frozen / Mixed - Orders over $50 (CAD) before tax, qualify for free shipping. There is a small $4.99 fee for orders less than $50.
Non-perishable / Mail Orders - Orders over $100 (CAD) before tax, qualify for free shipping. Less than $100 orders ship for only $9.99.
Do you ship products outside of Canada?
Sorry we are sold within Canada only. We do not offer shipping to the USA at this time.
