STAFF FEEDING PROGRAM

We are pleased to offer 天美传媒 partners a monthly 天美传媒 feeding credit. For staff members within 天美传媒 home delivery area you have the option to purchase 天美传媒 online, or in-store at any of 天美传媒 retail partners.

We ask that you upload y天美传媒 clinic鈥檚 receipts monthly following these steps:

Fill out the excel form (downloadable template below) with all staff submissions for the month
Create a file (a picture or PDF) with all receipts for purchases included in the excel file
Complete and submit the "Submit Staff Feeding Receipts" form with required attachments
